Audition with the Williamson County Youth Orchestra
All student musicians in grades 5-12 are invited to audition with the orchestra for the 2008 -2009 season.
The Junior Orchestra is a beginning / intermediate string orchestra (violin, viola, cello, bass) for student musicians in grades 5 –9. However, it is open to students older or younger based on ability level.
The Youth Orchestra is an intermediate / advanced full orchestra (standard concert orchestra instruments of brass, woodwind, percussion, strings and harp) and is designed for high school students.
Tuition: $125.00 per semester.
THIS NEEDS TO BE COLLECTED AT THE AUDITION. IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT CHOSEN AFTER AUDITION, YOUR TUITION CHECK WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. Make checks payable to Williamson County Youth Orchestra (WCYO)
Please include a self addressed stamped envelope with your check.
The $125 tuition rate is the same for all students entering the orchestra, including those who enter the group while already in progress because of other commitments such as marching band.
