The Willard Collins Auditorium is on the backside of the Science Building, which is directly in front of you when you pull into the university (off Belmont Blvd). Please arrive in plenty of time to find the auditorium, unpack your instrument, and be in your place by the above time.

JUNIOR ORCHESTRA DRESS REHEARSAL
Saturday, May 4th at Brentwood United Methodist Church from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
*Arrive 15 minutes prior to rehearsal start time.

Monday, May 6th SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
2:30 PM – Stage Set Up

JUNIOR ORCHESTRA:
4:00PM – JO students arrive, report to designated warm-up room to unpack, then report directly to stage
4:15 PM – 4:45PM – On stage rehearsal with YO percussionists
4:50 group picture outside on steps
5:00 – 6:00 Break (students may stay in warm-up room or eat snack/food outside on the patio with parent supervision)
6:00 PM – Report back to Warm-up room to tune

YOUTH ORCHESTRA:
4:15PM – YO students arrive, report to designated warm-up room to unpack.
4:30 PM – YO group picture outside on steps
4:45 – 5:30PM – On stage rehearsal (leave instruments/music on stage)

5:30 PM Doors open to parents and guests
6:00 PM Concert Begins

DETAILS/REMINDERS
*The WCYO orchestras will remain in their warm-up rooms unless rehearsing on stage.
*JO students will have a break from 5-6PM. During this time, students may eat a snack/dinner with parents but must remain on Lipscomb’s Campus. WCYO will provide adult supervision of JO students in the warm-up room and the outside patio café area. If a JO student wishes to leave either of these areas, he/she must be with a parent.
*Cello/Bass students: Bring ROCK STOPS!
*Please remember to bring your music!! (even if you use your stand partner’s music in rehearsal)

Concert Attire:
JO: White dress shirts, black pants/skirts, black socks/hose, Black dress shoes. Ladies, if you wear a skirt, please make sure it is to your ankles.
YO: Tux Wear and Black Formal Dresses, black socks/hose, Black dress shoes

Ms. Teena will be taking orders for the T-shirts during rehearsal each Monday for the next couple of Mondays, so get your orders in fast. We hope to have the T-shirts printed and in your hand before the next concert.
