The Williamson County Junior Orchestra (WCJO) is an intermediate String Orchestra whose instrumentation consists of violin, viola, cello, and bass. This orchestra is designed for musically talented and highly motivated middle school string students. Rehearsals are weekly, September through April. Students play a variety of string orchestra music, receive quality sectional training, have the opportunity to participate in small ensembles, and enjoy performing 3 or 4 concerts for the community each year.
